Note: Vehicles will be allowed till the Parking Area. In Bodhgaya & Ayodhya, local sightseeing will be done by local e-rickshaw on direct payment due to Government Rules.

Terms & Conditions

• The “Offer price” is valid only during the requested dates – change in travel date may cause to the change in offer price as well
• In case of Triple Occupancy in a room is applicable (EB) Extra Bed would be a mattress on floor, Sofa-Cum-Bed or Coat as applicable by the respective hotels if not specified. Placing an Extra Bed in the room will certainly make the room congested hence expect some inconvenience in moving around in the room
• Usage of the transportation services are limited from 08.00 Hrs to 20.00 Hrs. However the service between 06.00 Hrs to 08.00 Hrs & 20.00 Hrs to 22.00 Hrs can be extended with an additional driver’s Bata (each time) which has to be settled directly with the driver on a daily basis. Any usage between 22.00 Hrs & 06.00 Hrs has to be informed in advance – at the time of booking – as we can quote you separately to avoid any last minute disappointments / service denial.
• The given rate of transportation is not valid for “Transport Only” booking if not specified
• Air conditioner in the vehicle would be functional only while the vehicle is on the move (not when the vehicle is parked). And Air conditioner wouldn’t be functional during the drive through hill stations and Ghat Roads
• Only those sightseeing points would be covered which is accessible by the type of vehicle booked / quoted for
• Each sightseeing points / Temple visits (only which included in the itinerary) can be covered only once during the trip. If the guest want to do it multiple times, it is possible (if time permits) with additional payment (to be settled directly with the driver before proceeding for it) and the distance covered in such trips wouldn’t be considered in the kilometre allowance worked out in the package
• Sightseeing of additional destinations – other than the destinations participating in the itinerary – cannot be covered
• Kindly refer the respective hotel websites for the cancellation policies – if not specified by us
• Non response / comments on the above notes would be treated as “you have read understood and accepted in the above mentioned notes”

• Supplements for allocation during fairs or congresses and all bank holidays will be reconfirmed upon booking.
• The above rate quoted is based on 20 pax travelling together, if the number of pax will reduce then the rate will increase
• Rates are valid for Indian Market only

• Early check-in / Late check-out / Inter-connecting rooms are subject to availability
• The rates are subject to change in case of surcharge / high season/convention periods
• Re-confirmation procedures can be only done after receiving full payment or unused service for transfers, tours & hotel accommodation are not refundable.
• Any amendments OR cancellation after reconfirmation will be subject to cancellation / amendment charges as per the hotel’s and other service providers terms and conditions.
• Tour Timing / Itinerarary / Tour Fare are subject to change. Tour operator reserves the right to alter, amend or even cancel any tour depending on the emergency of the occasion.

• Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay should be payable by the passengers. We will not be held responsible for the same.
