The above itinerary is a suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. Any cost arising due to political unrest and natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot). Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure have to be paid by cash at the time of arrival. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same. Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, Calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel. Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and In case of non-availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and will give you different options and the rate of package will increase or decrease depending on the hotels selected. In case you are not convinced with the new options, advance paid will be refunded to you without deducting any service charge and this needs to be communicated to us in one day’s time after receiving the new hotel list. There will not be any change in the hotels mentioned without your concern. Check-in and Check-out Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels. Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour. Company is neither responsible nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour. Dollar rates are applicable only to foreign nationals & Indians possessing foreign passports, while the INR package rates will be applicable to Indian nationals. All the disputes are subject to Ernakulum Jurisdiction only. Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week as per hotel policy. Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by the guest. If any damage happens in the hotel from the guest the company is not liable for those damages and the guest has to pay the loss happened to the hotel from there on. Company is not ready to change the tour plan once it is finalized. Vehicles will be provided from 7.30 AM to 6.30 PM.

• Confirmation of Hotel Rooms / House boat is subject to the availability.
• Confirmation of the Packages is subject to receipt of 100% payment i.e.., 50 % of the payment as advance & balance before the arrival.
• After Payment: If payment transfers through NEFT, kindly send the transaction id for our reference.
• Kindly send the scan copy of the deposit slip for our reference.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Charges: – 30 Days or more : 10% of total trip cost
• Within 29-20 days prior to arrival 30% of total trip cost
• Within 19-15 days prior to arrival 50% of total trip cost
• Within 10 days prior to arrival Nonrefundable.

(October 1st till January 10th Peak Season 30 Days minimum is required for cancellation, If not its Nonrefundable.)
