• Vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination, if the guest wants to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/her.

• NB: If tour extends due to natural calamities or political bandh, extra amount will be paid directly. Itinerary can’t change due to Flight / Train Delay or Situation Beyond our Control.
• NB: Please Carry 04 copies of colour Passport Size Photograph with 04 photocopies of Voter ID/Driving License/Passport along with Original for Inner Line Permit / Restricted Area Permit.

30 Days or more prior to the departure of tour – 50% of the Tour Cost
15 Days prior to the departure of the tour – 100% of the tour cost

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 Days.If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
